Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous IT Support experience is a plus
- Willing to work in Ubud
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Setup and maintain IT devices
- Assist with general IT-related tasks
