Role: IT Support Engineer [End-User | MNC]

Location: One-North, Singapore

The Opportunity

• Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support across end-user devices, applications, and infrastructure.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, accounts, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network-related issues.
• Support IT projects, system rollouts, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Partner with regional and global IT teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience providing IT support within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Exchange, and Teams.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with PCs, printers, networking equipment, and meeting room technologies.
• Exposure to VMware, SQL Server, ServiceNow, or TeamViewer would be advantageous.
