IT Support Engineer (5-day work)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general PC and networking support to end users.
• Set up and support network devices.
• Manage IT inventory.
• Support Windows systems, productivity tools, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade Windows and Linux servers.
• Administer servers and networks for local and remote offices.
• Prepare relevant IT documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Windows and Linux server administration.
• Good knowledge of networking (Firewalls, Switches, WLAN, IPSec VPN, Wi-Fi systems, etc.).
• Good knowledge of MS Office support.
• Knowledge of AI technology is an advantage.
• Experience with virtualization technology (VMware and Hyper-V) is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
