IT Support Engineer (Assistant Team lead )

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Install and configure hardware and software applications.
• Monitor and maintain applications and systems to ensure their smooth functioning.
• Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain IT projects.
• Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs. Provide technical support for any IT-related matters or issues.
• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills.
• Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC in IT related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a small team.
• Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable to work in a healthcare environment.
• This role will require you to take the necessary vaccines.
