IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Level: Junior / Experienced

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and laptop technical support
• Troubleshoot network and Wi-Fi issues
• Install and configure software
• Manage employee IT accounts and access
• Maintain computers, printers and office IT equipment
• Manage company IT assets and device records
• Handle internal IT support tickets
• Set up IT equipment and accounts for new employees
• Support basic network and office infrastructure
• Assist with IT security and access management

Preferred Skills / Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

• Networking
• Server Administration
• Cybersecurity
• IT Infrastructure
• Hardware Troubleshooting
• Microsoft / Google Workspace Administration
