IT Support Engineer

Requirements

• 1–3 years in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and a home lab will be considered)
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Clear written English — you will be writing directly to Singapore-based clients
• Genuinely methodical: you finish what you start and you write down what you did
• First-line response to client tickets: triage, resolution where possible, clean escalation where not
• Monitoring and alert triage across client environments — endpoint, network, and security alerts
• User and identity administration: Microsoft 365 accounts, licensing, mailboxes, MFA, device enrolment
• Endpoint support: Windows, macOS, Intune-managed devices
• Client onboarding tasks and asset/license tracking
• Documentation — keeping client runbooks and knowledge base articles current as part of closing every ticket

Strongly preferred

• Diploma holder
• Microsoft MS-900, SC-900, or AZ-900, other relevant certifications
• Any exposure to ticketing systems, RMM tools, or remote support platforms

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
