IT Support Engineer

• Provide IT and network support to end users, both onsite and remotely
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, procedures, and asset records
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to users as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and basic network security
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
