IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end setup and rollout of POS systems, including installation, configuration and testing.
• Support customers both on-site and remotely, helping them troubleshoot system and operational issues.
• Train users on the POS system and assist them through the go-live process.
• Take ownership of support cases from initial reporting through to resolution, escalating more complex issues to the development team when required.
• Share customer feedback with the product team and contribute to ongoing improvements to the system and user experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system implementation or a similar customer-facing technical role.

• A practical, hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Good communication skills, a strong sense of ownership and a customer-focused mindset.

• Experience supporting POS, retail, F&B or payment systems would be a plus.
