IT Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer (IT & CCTV) to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, network systems, CCTV surveillance, and technical support operations across the head office and construction project sites.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, CCTV/IP camera systems, NVR/DVR, and troubleshooting. Experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including computers, laptops, printers, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and network systems.
• Provide technical support to users at the head office, project offices, and construction sites.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, monitors, storage, and CCTV networks.
• Monitor CCTV systems and ensure cameras and recording systems are operating properly.
• Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity, camera, recording, storage, and remote-viewing issues.
• Configure and maintain PoE switches, network cabling, IP addresses, and network connectivity for CCTV systems.
• Coordinate with CCTV and security system vendors for installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Support CCTV installation and commissioning for new construction project sites.
• Relocate and expand CCTV systems as project requirements change.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Maintain network security, antivirus/endpoint protection, MFA, patching, and access controls.
• Monitor backups and assist with data recovery and disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain IT and CCTV equipment inventories, licenses, network diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with ISPs, IT vendors, CCTV vendors, and other technology suppliers.
• Support construction-related applications such as Auto

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
