IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

● Provide technical support to end users both physically and remotely.

● Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.

● Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

● Organize, monitor, and maintain IT assets and resources.

● Assist in IT operations including cybersecurity practices, programming support, analytics tasks,

data center activities and maintaining IT inventory.

● Support and participate in calls with US-based clients.

● Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and regular software updates.

● Ensure timely issue resolution and escalate complex problems when necessary.

● Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

● Assist Technician in US Remote site to install DVR/NVR, analog/IP cameras and their

configurations

Requirements

● Willingness to work in US shift timings and availability for early shift joining when required.

● Strong knowledge of network terminologies/protocols and hardware like routers, switches, and

firewalls.

● Knowledge of DVR/NVRs, Analog/IP cameras

● Strong problem-solving and communication skills(verbal & written ).

● Knowledge of AI prompt engineering

● Interested in building routine task into automation

● Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

● Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

● Bachelor’s degree in CS/ IT/ Telecom (4 years).

● 1+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support role.
