Key responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for desktops, systems, and networks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform routine maintenance and system support to meet service standards
- Work with the product team to resolve technical issues and support system enhancements
- Travel to customer sites when required
About you
- Diploma in IT or a related field
- Experience in desktop support is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking
- Good troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Willing to travel to multiple work sites
- Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts (2 days work, 2 days off
