Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in an IT support role with expertise in Java/.Net technologies.
- Strong understanding of ITSM principles and practices (ITIL framework).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze problems quickly and effectively.
- Proficiency in documenting technical information clearly and concisely.
