IT Support Engineer

Job Overview

We are hiring for an IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional support services to all of the company’s clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing L2 and L3 support to clients/Users (remote and on-site).
• Planning, installing, configuring, supporting Windows OS, and Authorized Vendor hardware/ Software (PCs/Notebooks/Servers).
• Designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
• Planning, installing, configuring and support Microsoft Cloud Services (Office 365).
• Providing top-notch day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring, upgrades of Infrastructure solutions.
• Responding to inquiries from clients, staff, service providers and vendors to provide technical assistance and support.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by Management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree within the field of IT/ Engineering.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of information technology experience with an emphasis on Windows platforms.
• Hands-on experience on Windows Platforms.
• Managing a Windows domain, particularly working with all aspects of Active Directory and Group Policy will be considered an advantage.
