IT Support Engineer

We're looking for an IT professional to manage network infrastructure, telephone systems, and end-user support across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including VLAN segmentation and routing.
• Manage Sophos firewall policies, rules, and site-to-site VPN configurations.
• Administer Grandstream UCM IP-PBX systems (extensions, trunks, call routing, troubleshooting).
• Provide end-user technical support (hardware, software, network connectivity).
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration (user provisioning, licensing, security policies).
• Manage Exchange Online (mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow rules, troubleshooting).
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Maintain documentation for network topology and configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of VLAN configuration and network segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with Sophos firewalls (or similar UTM platforms).
• WAN/LAN troubleshooting and configuration.
• Experience with Grandstream UCM or similar VoIP/PBX systems.
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID).
• End-user technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA NetworK+, Microsoft 365 Certified, Sophos certification) are a plus.
