It Support Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with clients via phone, email, or in person to understand and resolve technical issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer applications, operating systems, and network components.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Handle issues related to desktop systems, printers, plotters, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Configure and monitor computer networks, ensuring proper connectivity and system performance.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the support process.
• Document all issues, resolutions, and procedures in the knowledge base and system logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up with clients after service to ensure issues are fully resolved
