IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, including desktop PCs, laptops, peripherals, and office equipment.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN), switches, routers, and Wi-Fi connectivity across multiple nearby branches.
• Support enterprise software applications, handle user access controls, and assist with routine software updates.
• Assist in implementing basic IT security policies, endpoint protection, and data privacy safeguards.
• Travel promptly to nearby branch locations as required to resolve hardware, network, or application issues.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and document troubleshooting actions according to company standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of hands-on experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365/Google workspace, network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
