IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to handle day-to-day technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Manage hardware inventory, repairs, and replacements
• Configure and support Windows OS and basic Windows Server environments
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
• Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs
• Handle user account management (password resets, access rights, email configuration)
• Support printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and IT assets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
• Good understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and time management skills
