IT Support Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Support professional to support our Microsoft 365 migration project, including device deployment, Windows 11 configuration, Microsoft 365 migration, and end-user troubleshooting. You’ll also assist with Intune and Autopilot activities and provide onsite support throughout the migration.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide onsite IT support during Microsoft 365 migration activities
• Assist in workstation setup, deployment, and replacement activities
• Support Windows 11 device preparation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Assist users with Microsoft Outlook profile setup and email migration support
• Support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint migration-related activities
• Assist with device enrolment, Intune, and Autopilot deployment activities
• Provide end-user support during migration cutover and hypercare periods
• Record and track incidents, service requests, and migration issues
• Escalate complex technical issues to the project team when required

We’re Looking For Someone Who’s

• Minimum 1–2 years of IT support or desktop support experience
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Experience with device deployment and troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
