IT Support Engineer

Level 2 Support Engineer | Field or Remote (Take your pick)

Cadence Connect is partnering with an established Brisbane MSP to recruit multiple Level 2 Engineers. 

1. Field Engineer: Up to $85k + Super + Vehicle

• Field based position, working directly across customer sites and including a fully maintained company vehicle.

2. Remote L2 Engineer: Up to $85k + Super

 

• Providing traditional remote support across a broad customer base.

Both require a strong Level 2 Engineer who can troubleshoot properly, take ownership and operate confidently across multiple environments.

Technical experience required:

• Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID
• Windows Server and Active Directory
• TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
• VLANs, switching and routing
• Firewalls and VPNs
• Intune and endpoint management
• Virtualisation
• Backup and disaster recovery
• Level 2 escalations
• Infrastructure upgrades and project work

Who are we looking for? Ideally, you are already working as a Level 2 Engineer within an MSP and are comfortable supporting multiple customer environments.

You will be technically capable, personable and confident communicating directly with customers.

For candidates without MSP experience, personality, drive and willingness to learn will be critical. You will need to demonstrate that you can adapt quickly, communicate well and genuinely want to broaden your technical capability.
