Job Descriptions

1. Provide first point of contact for customer-facing support and provide helpdesk support & troubleshooting and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.

2. To create proper documentation, IT Asset tracking, diagrams and any other related instruction to help other employees make the best use of new technology.

3. To ensure all IT infrastructure are running in good conditions, properly installed & develop schedule and execute the preventive maintenance (PM).

4. Any related duties that may assign by the superior which include QMS review report and timely responds to ISO and Internal Auditor.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.

2. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
