IT Support Engineer

• Provide expert technical support - Dive deep into network infrastructure technologies including Microsoft operation systems, hardware, software, antivirus, and backup systems.
• Troubleshooting - Identify and solve internet/email connectivity challenges, with a strong focus on routing methodologies.
• Fault finding & Problem solving - Use your fault-finding and problem-solving skills to swiftly resolve technical issues.
• Effective Communication - Deliver solutions with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, ensuring seamless client interactions.
• Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional written and verbal communication.

Pay: R14 900,00 - R30 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High School (matric) (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)
• CompTIA A+ Certification (Preferred)
