IT Support Engineer

What You'll Do

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to colleagues across Australia
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
• Support end-user devices, hardware, software, networks, printers and workplace technology
• Manage user accounts, access requests and device provisioning
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through the IT Service Desk
• Maintain accurate asset and support documentation
• Contribute to technology projects, rollouts and service improvements
• Support IT operations in line with ISO 27001 and security best practices

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support or Service Desk role
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Intune
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Experience using IT Service Desk platforms
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

Desirable

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security practices
• Experience supporting SharePoint, AV equipment, wireless networks or endpoint security tools
• Experience working across multiple countries and time zones
• Exposure to technology deployments and service improvement projects
