IT Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Support Technician with hands-on experience in Desktop and Network Support. The candidate will troubleshoot end-user, hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues while ensuring timely resolution within the SLA.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L2 support for Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and application issues.
• Manage basic Active Directory tasks, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy issues.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VLAN issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Use tools such as Ping, Tracert, Ipconfig, and Nslookup for network troubleshooting.
• Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow/Jira.
• Coordinate with L3 teams, vendors, and ISPs for complex issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow ITIL/SLA processes. Required Skills
• Strong Windows Desktop and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
• Basic knowledge of Cisco/Aruba/HP networking equipment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and ITSM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €1,000.00 - €2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
