IT Support Engineer

• Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 2 years in IT support or helpdesk, preferably at an MSP or IT services company supporting multiple clients.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 users, including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory or Entra ID user administration.
• Basic networking knowledge: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting.
• Experience working with a ticketing system and meeting response and resolution SLAs.
• Clear spoken and written English, Malay and Mandarin; able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Preferred qualifications

• Microsoft: MD-102 Endpoint Administrator, MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+.
• Fortinet FCF / FCA or Cisco CCNA.
• ITIL 4 Foundation.
• Resident engineer at a client's premises.

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
