• Hardware and Software Deployment: Install, configure, and update applications, security patches, drivers, and physical hardware components. Plan It Plus +2
• Helpdesk and Escalation Support: Respond to support tickets via phone, email, or in person, acting as an IT Support Engineer escalation point for complex technical issues. Digital Waffle +1
• Security and Backups: Implement firewalls, manage anti-virus software, and run data backup and disaster recovery procedures. LinkedIn +1
• Documentation: Log IT incidents, track service requests, and maintain internal knowledge bases for future troubleshootin
