IT Support Engineer

Job Description

The support engineer will be responsible for the follow up:

• Receiving calls from customers and create support tickets
• Assign the tickets to the engineers based on the type of tickets, available resources and complexity
• Solving tickets based on experience
• Follow up with team and updating the status for customers
• Improving technical knowledge to solve more tickets
• Following company culture and norms
• Follow up with customers periodically to check their status and taking the proper actions
• Following support process and ITIL standards

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or computer engineering or similar degrees
• One year minimum in similar position
• Proven success in similar position
• Fluent in english . Please note that we offer technical training.

• Lead the entire sales cycle

• Bachelor Degree or Higher
• Passion for software products
• Perfect written English

• Valid work permit for Belgium

• Experience in writing online content
• Additional languages
• Google Adwords experience
