Join Capaciteam to work with a leading client in London, where your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional IT support and enablement. You’ll leverage your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to enhance systems, provide top-notch user support, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, SaaS, and access-related issues while meeting SLA targets.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, accounts, permissions, and access across SaaS platforms.
• Administer and troubleshoot Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other business applications.
• Deploy and troubleshoot laptops, devices, and workplace technology.
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve IT processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to automate routine tasks and improve IT service delivery.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS applications and user access management.
• Familiarity with Windows/macOS and modern workplace technologies.
• Customer-focused, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
