An IT support engineer resolves complex hardware, software, and network issues to keep an organization's internal or external systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix hardware malfunctions, software errors, and network connectivity problems.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPNs), and hardware components.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and clear communication for helping non-technical users.
Salary: Depending on Interview
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
