It Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems and business applications.
• Install, configure and maintain computer systems, software and IT peripherals.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches and network connectivity.
• Maintain CCTV, access control and EPABX systems.
• Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 and other business applications, including Tally/ERP.
• Monitor antivirus, endpoint security and Windows updates to ensure system security.
• Monitor backup jobs, perform restore testing and maintain NAS/cloud backup systems.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, system records, warranties and AMC details.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance, repairs and infrastructure-related issues.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades, installations and new office/branch setup requirements.
• Travel to branch locations when required to provide technical support.

• Good communication and end-user support skills
• Ability to manage IT issues independently
• Good coordination with internal teams and external vendors
• Willingness to travel to branch locations whenever required
