IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer (4+ years) to keep our Mumbai trading office secure and running – desktops, user access, devices, backups and IT vendors. You troubleshoot first, close issues yourself and report daily. The role works a rotational shift that covers the pre-open and the MCX evening session.

Principal Responsibilities

• Endpoints: Windows 10/11 and Office support, patching and closing VAPT findings within audit timelines, antivirus/EDR hygiene and browser-extension control.
• Identity and access: Active Directory/GPO, Google Workspace and Microsoft accounts, joiner setup and leaver offboarding with access logs.
• Devices: Scalefusion MDM (enrolment, location, compliance), Apple Business Manager, and dispatch of mobiles and laptops to Mumbai and GIFT City.
• Backups and monitoring: Acronis backups and restore tests, Zabbix/PRTG alert follow-up.
• Assets and licences: IT asset inventory, software licence renewals and DSC token issues.
• Connectivity support: VPN user setup and first-level checks on office internet faults, escalating to the network team and ISPs.
• Vendors: coordinate SOC/VAPT, AMC and service vendors, including the weekly SOC report, and prepare quotes and comparisons for management.
• Send a daily task summary and keep an open-items tracker current.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years in IT support or systems administration, preferably at a broker, bank or trading firm.
• Hands-on with Active Directory/GPO, Windows patching and endpoint security.
• Works independently: diagnoses before escalating or calling users, and closes issues end to end.
• Willing to work a rotational shift (Monday to Saturday) that includes the MCX evening session.
• MCSA, CompTIA or similar certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• MDM administration (Scalefusion, Intune or similar).
• Awareness of SEBI's cybersecurity framework (CSCRF) and cyber audit evidence preparation.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
