What they need
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support and ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telephony systems.
* Provide Level 2 technical support, including VIP and meeting room support.
* Manage IT assets, incident tickets, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT or desktop support.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft applications, hardware, and basic networking.
* Knowledge of ITIL and IT asset management is an advantage.
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in English and flexibility to work shifts when required.
Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
