- Having experience for 6 months to 1 year in handling international voice process. Preferably US clients.
- Responding to client calls, requests and chat.
- Providing technical support via phone and chat.
- Resolving issues via phone or chat.
- Providing 24/7 support and ability to work in rotational shifts, mainly night shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically
