IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, software, and applications.
• Set up and maintain routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and basic network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Configure user accounts, email, Microsoft 365, and access permissions.
• Perform hardware installations, system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and basic network cabling.
• Maintain technical documentation, service reports, and records of IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Provide on-site technical support at customer locations and ensure timely resolution of service requests.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, desktop support, or technical troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email configuration, and user account management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple support requests, and travel to customer sites within the UAE.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,501.00 per month
