YOUR ROLE

• Provide 2nd level onsite and remote support, including incident analysis and troubleshooting
• Manage and support Microsoft environments, endpoints, mobile devices, and workplace systems
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and IT systems
• Support rollouts, office moves, and lifecycle management of IT equipment
• Ensure IT security compliance and maintain technical documentation
• Coordinate with external vendors and support IT projects and improvements

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of proven experience as IT Support Engineer
• Experience supporting Windows OS, MacBooks, Microsoft Office, and endpoint environments
• Knowledge of device management, mobile systems (iOS), and workplace technologies
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking basics, and printing systems
• Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of IT security policies and lifecycle management
