IT Support Engineer

This position provides IT support assistance to the office and boutique operation's staffs/users.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintains effective communication with the office users, retail operation team and store team

• Works with respective internal technologies teams and functions to deliver support and services to retail operations staff.

• Manages and works with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to provide the following services (but not limited to):

  • Project request
  • Store project
  • Provides on-site support services covering local business operation including office and store's users.
  • Provide IT hardware deployment services.

• Support the implementation of IT projects, assisting with new system deployments and upgrades

• Other related duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Sound knowledge and experience in IT support services
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in supporting Windows OS, iOS, basic networking and POS system is a plus
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skill in both spoken and written English
• Able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese language is a plus. Engineer requires to be in contact with the customer located in China and Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT related fields
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT hardware/software support
• Experience in leading a team of engineers is a plus
• With at least 1 year experience in supporting luxury retail customer (preference）
