Learning & Responsibilities:
- Real-time, customer-facing VIP support.
- Desktop and laptop troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Basic server support and troubleshooting.
- Hardware, software, and Windows OS support.
- Hands-on exposure to professional IT support operations and customer handling.
