IT Support Engineer

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of a computer's hardware and software (Windows OS, Server OS, SAP, and other applications).
• Repairing and replacing desktop and laptop equipment as necessary.
• Setup and configuration of routers and wireless APs (Fortigate, Mikrotik, and others).
• Configure setup network printers, scanners, and print sharing.
• Installation and configuration of IP and analog CCTV (Dahua and HIK).
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, backup servers, and CCTV systems.
• Providing technical support and solving errors for user computers across the company (this may be in person, over the phone, or remote login).
• Creating an email account for a new user (in Microsoft Exchange, G Suite, and Office 365).
• Maintain IT documentation and create records of IT asset usage.

REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE / ACADEMIC / QUALIFICATION / SKILLS, ETC.)

• Knowledge and experience of installation computer operating systems, hardware, software, and networks.
• Any graduate with at least 1 year of experience in computer service and networking.
• Must have hardware and network certification (more suitable if you have Microsoft Exchange experience).
• Good resolving technical errors, hardware setup, software installation, and network configuration.
• Good communication skills with end users.
