Field Services Engineer (Workplace Services) – EUC Level 2

Location: Vancouver, WA

Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking experienced Field Services / EUC Level 2 Engineers to provide onsite IT support within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and applications
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Perform break/fix and incident resolution
• Support Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies
• Perform IMAC activities including installation, moves, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning
• Deploy, configure, image, and refresh endpoint devices
• Provide walk-up and customer-facing support
• Support VIP/executive users
• Maintain asset and inventory records
• Manage tickets through ServiceNow/ITSM tools
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
• Follow healthcare security, privacy, and operational requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of EUC/Desktop/Field Services experience
• Strong Windows and hardware troubleshooting skills
• Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Experience with device deployment and imaging
• Good understanding of networking and connectivity
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently onsite
• ServiceNow experience is a plus
• Healthcare/Hospital/HIPAA experience is highly preferred
• Must pass a background check
• US Citizen or Active Green Card required
• Local candidates strongly preferred; candidates requiring relocation are discouraged

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. There may be flexibility for 2nd-shift coverage in the future.
