IT Support Engineer (L1/L2)

Al Kofa Computer Trading LLC is a Dubai-based IT solutions and managed services company supporting SMEs across the UAE since 2013. We cover IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, CCTV, AMC support and hardware supply. We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Deira.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 PCs, laptops, printers and scanners
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and email setup
• Create user accounts and reset passwords in Active Directory
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP and internet issues
• Provide remote and on-site support to customers and log tickets clearly
• Assist with servers, NAS, backups and antivirus/endpoint checks
• Assist with CCTV, IP phones and biometric attendance devices

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience (helpdesk, desktop or field support)
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Basic Active Directory experience
• Good spoken and written English; customer-friendly and reliable
• Willing to visit customer sites within the UAE
• Currently in the UAE; immediate or short-notice joiners preferred

Nice to have: Windows Server, Group Policy, VLANs, VPN, Fortinet, UniFi, Synology, VMware, Veeam, UAE driving licence

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
