IT Support Engineer (L2)

Job Summary

Techrays Technologies. is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer (L2) to provide on-site IT support at our client's office in CBD Belapur. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and IT peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, antivirus, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and basic router/switch connectivity issues.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, file sharing, email configuration, and backup-related activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues independently and escalate complex issues to the L3 team.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, incident records, and daily support logs.
• Coordinate with client teams and internal technical teams for timely issue resolution.
• Travel to other client office locations as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any stream; BSc IT, BCA, BE, or Diploma in IT preferred. 2-4 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and IP addressing.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and IT asset management.
• Ability to handle L2 technical issues independently.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to other client locations when required.

Working Hours: General shift / Client-defined shift timings
Salary: As per experience and industry standards
