IT Support Engineer - Level 1

Job Description:

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients experiencing technical issues. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and effective technical support, ensuring smooth and efficient resolution of IT-related problems. This role requires communication skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for IT-related issues, document and track incidents, requests, and resolutions using a ticketing system.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience is preferred.

• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

• Proficiency in basic English language communication is required.

• Ability to work independently and communicate as part of a team.

• Experience with common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
