IT Support Engineer – Office 365 Admin

About the Role:

• We are looking for an IT Support / Office 365 Administrator to handle day-to-day Office 365 tasks and provide technical support for end users
• It is regular night shift working from home, You will work with US-based clients, resolving user tickets, managing O365 services, and ensuring smooth IT operations

Key Responsibilities

• Key responsibilities for this role include handling day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365, such as creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts, managing mailboxes and licenses in the M365 admin center, and supporting Exchange Online features like distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and email forwarding
• The engineer will troubleshoot and support OneDrive and SharePoint Online access and sync issues, assist users with Microsoft Teams sign-in and meeting problems, and help enforce and support MFA, spam filters and basic security policies
• They will work on L1/L2 user tickets for issues related to Outlook and Office apps, Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops, printers, Device provisioning, Onboarding users, networking and connectivity, providing remote support via standard remote tools and documenting all actions clearly in the ticketing system
