• Provide daily onsite and remote IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Handle incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform daily system and operational checks.
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams when required.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Support service transition, knowledge transfer, and improvement activities.
• Support additional operational, transition, or project-related activities as assigned by the manager and aligned with business requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Education: Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience: Have at least one year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or onsite support.
• Technical skills: Have experience in at least one of these areas: Windows 10 or Windows 11; Microsoft 365 applications; PC and laptop support; printers and peripheral devices; basic network troubleshooting; Active Directory or user account management; or device deployment and configuration.
• Troubleshooting: Be able to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, or system-related issues.
• Language: Have good English communication skills.
