What they need
- Basic: $3500 - $4800
- AWS + Variable Bonus
- Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.00pm, Sat (Alt): 8.30am – 1.00pm
- Location: Tuas (2-way transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot network issues (Windows environment, AD, TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewall).
- Administer servers, email systems (Exchange/Outlook), and backup systems.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support system improvements and recommend IT initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and support users across multiple locations.
- Supervise contractors and assist in site surveys / IT projects.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and Active Directory.
- Experience with fieldwork / site support is an advantage.
