About the role
Support and enhance enterprise applications and digital workplace systems while gaining exposure to vendor management and ICT project delivery in a dynamic technology environment.

Location: Central
Working Hours: Office Hours
Salary: Up to $3,600 per month
Duration: 11 Months (Commencing Dec 2026, Subject to Extension)

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, system issues, and user queries
• Monitor system performance and support operational stability
• Assist with application deployments, testing, enhancements, and change requests
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to investigate and resolve issues
• Support ICT project implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system rollouts
• Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and support guides
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in Application Support, System Support, or IT Support preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
