IT Support (English Speaking)

About the role

IT Support role responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network equipment in the office, managing Hyper-V systems and Veeam Backup, administering Microsoft Admin Center and Microsoft Entra, and supporting computers, printers, and meeting room equipment. You will assist users with IT and Microsoft O365 issues and coordinate with affiliated companies or external vendors to resolve problems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot network equipment in the office
• Manage Hyper-V systems and Veeam Backup
• Administer Microsoft Admin Center and Microsoft Entra
• Support computers, printers, and meeting room equipment
• Assist users with IT and Microsoft O365 issues
• Coordinate with affiliated companies or external vendors to resolve problems

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk
• Experience in hotel industry will be considered specially
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, and network equipment
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills (working with foreigners)
• Problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation
• Available to start immediately will be considered specially
