It Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, email, and common application issues.
• Support LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
• Install and update software, antivirus, and security patches.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, internet, and other IT-related issues.
• Maintain records of IT incidents and resolve support tickets within the required time.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in IT support / desktop support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, and networking.
• Hardware troubleshooting and PC assembly knowledge.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely user support.
• Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, or other office IT infrastructure is an advantage.
