IT Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and IT equipment
• Manage user accounts, access rights and system permissions
• Support Microsoft 365, email and collaboration tools
• Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records
• Assist with system upgrades, software installation and IT projects
• Monitor basic network and system performance
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required
• Maintain IT documentation and troubleshooting records

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• 2–5 years of IT support / helpdesk experience
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking
• Familiar with hardware and software troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Active Directory is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and respond to users professionally
