About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Executive / IT Support Executive to support Daloopas day-to-day IT operations and deliver timely technical assistance to employees.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Level 1 and Level 2 IT issues across hardware, software, user accounts, access, and connectivity. You will manage employee laptops and endpoints, support Microsoft 365 administration, coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain IT asset records, and help ensure our systems remain secure and up to date.

You will work closely with employees, senior IT team members, and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently and provide a smooth technology experience across the organisation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, approachable, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of problems through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot laptops, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Slack, printers, VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and maintain laptops, software, user accounts, and employee access.
• Manage IT activities for employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration, licence assignments, password resets, MFA, and account lockouts.
• Maintain IT asset records, including device allocation, returns, replacements, and warranties.
• Monitor endpoint health, security updates, patches, and compliance.
• Track support tickets and ensure timely resolution and user communication.
• Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Escalate security, infrastructure, and complex technical issues to senior IT team members.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, applications, and peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, IT asset management, and ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
