IT Support Executive

• Responsible for the technical support in the company.
• Ensure the normal day to day operations of servers, computers and other hardware / peripheral devices in office.
• Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
• Supervise projects activities.
• Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring.
• Monitoring the daily progress of projects and ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Manage expectations, control and track project performance.
• Reporting project status on a weekly basis to customer and the project team.
• Coordinate with other departments and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts and dependencies.
• Communicate with vendors and project manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree in Computer Science/ Information technology or equivalent
• Work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to technical support
• Must have good communication skills to convey the rationale of an entire system enhancement to improve our business operations and delivering a solution from our vendors
• Good knowledge of DELL computer hardware, computer troubleshooting. Fundamental in networking such as LAN, WAN & Security
• Required Language(s) : Malay & English
• Having knowledge of Oracle SQL will be an added advantage
• Have at least one year of practical experience in IT department
